1474: Bonedancer Buffer pet isn't giving correct DS Value

Description

The Bonedancer sub pet off the Suppression line isn't giving the correct DS Value. The Value is supposed to be a 30% Reflective. Meaning if it gets hit for 100 damage what hit it takes 30 damage. Here is a post clarifying with timeline that it is 30%.

Value 16%

Reproduction Steps

1. Make a Bonedancer Supression Spec
2. Get to level 15 and summon the Buffer pet
3. Check the Value and it does not say 30%

Intended Behavior

It needs to be put to a 30% value on the DS buff given by this pet.
