Interacting with Arrow Merchant "Lila" does nothing.
Located just outside of the TNN North Gate
1.Interact with the merchant
2.Interact with the merchant

Add a table to the merchant. Or make it behave like merchant. Not sure what is wrong with him.
Arrow merchant should do something. Open a window, so I could buy or sell. Atm he is doing neither, just turn his face towards me.
