When Epic quests are available at a certain level, we can see a yellow circle surrounding the NPC providing the quests.
As a class "xxx", i can see yellow circles under the trainers of ALL the classes, even though theses trainers won't speak to me.
1. Choose a class (i.e. Berserker) at level 5 and level to 7 for the first epic quest availability
2. Check another class' trainer (i.e. Warrior) to see the yellow circle under the NPC
Only the trainer of your class should show the availability of Epic Quests.
A NPC not giving you a quest shouldn't have yellow circle around him that notices the availability of a quest :)
