As title says broadcast messages can be seen by enemy realm players. experianced it in df, as a hibernia player i could see albions broad cast messages. i m not sure if they can see hibernians broadcast messages but i think they do.
1. Create a character.
2. go to any rvr zone that you can get broadcast range.
3. see enemy realms /br messages.
broadcast are just like any other chat message that are only be seen by your realm, not enemy realm.
i dont know how to proove it. i did not bother to take an ss because i thought it should be submitted already. checked and cant see so i decided to submit it.
