Druid and Mentalist (at least) heals are no longer functioning properly. The spell is cast but heals for 0.
1. Encounter damaged ally
2. Try to heal damaged ally
3. See how it doesn't heal
Have healing spells function as they did before they were accidentally broken.
Asked several druids and mentalists if they were encountering issues. They all said they were.
