after hibs captured the alb power relic all healing spells of any type do not work.
1. capture alb relic
2. try to heal or hot of any sort
3. spell does not cast on target
im not a programmer, but i imagine it has something to do with programming
watch any healing class try to heal, its pretty evident that its broken
