I charmed a Druid Seer with my level 20 Minstrel. The pet stayed with me even after the sun went down. The Druid Seer stayed with me until I started to twist my speed song. Immediately after I switched to my drum and started the song the pet removed itself. When I normally lose a pet I have several seconds left in the pulse before I need to keep the charm going. The pet disappeared immediately once the speed song started. When I hit the charm again I received the message You must select a target for this spell and I didn't even receive notice that the charm had been broken.
1. Charm a Druid Seer pet as a Minstrel and then wait until night time when the MOB normally de-spawns.
2. Once it is night time attempt to keep the pet with you as you twist speed song and the pet charm.
3.
There should be a grace period of at least a minute on charmed pets to give the minstrel a chance to re-charm. I believe the MOB should return to the home area before it can de-spawn. A minstrel should never lose a pet that is currently under charm.
If I was supposed to lose the pet at night it would have de-spawned when all other Druids in the camp de-spawned. Instead, it immediately de-spawned the instant I tried to twist with the speed song.
