Summoned pets for cabalist (enchanter/spiritmaster) are 7/8 or 88% (sources vary a bit on that) of the players lvl, giving you a lvl 44 pet at 50. With the current math the pet lvl isn't rounded properly. My lvl 17 caba got a lvl 14 pet and my lvl 18 one a lvl 15 pet.
With proper rounding on the pet formula it should either get you a lvl 15 or 16 one. Can't say if its correct on higher lvls, as in giving you the lvl 44 pet at 50
1. Get a cabalist to lvl 17 or 18
2. Summon the pet
3. Check pet lvl (14 or 15)
Can confirm the pet levels till 18, everything above is just math for now. ;)
As shown the level is somehow rounded down, even when above x,5.
I hope the format stays as is.

If needed, old screenshots showing lvl 50 player with a lvl 44 pet. Giving you a pet 6 lvls below (7/8 or 88%), with at 17 a pet 3 lvls below doesn't fit the math.
