THe spawn rate of pygmy goblins is much lower than on live servers.
1. Go to Lyonesse gobbo spots, kill gobbos.
2. Watch Respawn rate.
3. Remember live respawn rate.
Increase respawn rate by at least 50% to get up to par with live respawn.
This is hard to proof except with timed recordings of Uthgard spot and Live gobbo spot. I am hoping for lots of confirmations to give this issue weight.
