I have been getting tasks to kill spirits, which should spawn at all hours of the day. Something was changed and they are now a night only spawn.
1. Check the area between Prydwen Bridge and the river racer camp at the river or between Prydwen Bridge and Tomb of Mithra.
2. Look for spirits.
3. See that they only spawn at night.
Spirits always spawned 24 hours a game day. They were spawning at all hours earlier in the beta, but something was changed and they were affected. This should be changed back to make them spawn anytime again.
I don't have any links showing evidence, just my personal experience from years of playing Albion.
