It is a continuation of the Issue 1340. while the boots are now tradable, the full epic armor set still remains not wearable by non-50.
1. Buy armor with non-50
2. Try to wear it
3. Read the msg : You have no skills in wearing this armor yet (blabla)
Epic armor should be wearable by non-50. Remove the 50 level requirement.
I would say it s a common knowledge, as no 50-level requirement can be read on here :
