The website normally used the character name of the last played or primary character as user name for the issue tracker. It would be displayed at the top of the website next to the yellow Camelot icon.
1. Visit the website
2. check top of the screen for user name
3. See there isn't any
4. Go to the issue tracker
5. Check user names of recent reports and comments
6. See the randomized names are used for everyone
Check what went wrong with the names and fix whatever happened there.
