Tattered Shirt quest drop drops off escaped thralls even though the quest it is for is not implemented and was from a later expansion. Dropped off them for 3 different characters
1. Kill escaped thralls til Tattered Shirt drops.
Removed the item from the drops table for escaped thralls.
Quest was added that used this item after 1.65.
