I was in Keltoi and I zoned out while low on HPs. I loaded up able to cast spells/songs, and chat etc, but was rooted and my name was noname(dead) in my info bar. Can't move. Can't /rel because it says I'm not dead in that instance. Re-logging corrected the issue.
1. Die while zoning
2. Be there rooted and marked as dead but still able to do thing and can't /rel
3. /q and re-log
I don't know how to fix this bug. Presumably if you load dead you should get sent to bind point or be all the way dead. I'm not sure if this rare situation warrants a big change in zoning.
This bug just happened to my Minstrel Thomn at apprx 0835 central US time at the keltoi zone line.
