Cayla should be handing out a lvl 14 quest to all fighter classes in albion called "Oaken Boots", the reward being a set of lvl 14 plate boots. Cayla is in the correct location but she is not giving out the quest.
1. Take a level 14+ fighter class to Campacorentin Forest (arms, pala, merc, reaver)
2. Find Cayla in Caer Ulfwych standing off to the left of the keep gate a bit.
3. Attempt to engage her in conversation and note that she isn't offering the quest - 'Oaken Boots'
Cayla should offer all fighter classes the opportunity to do this quest starting at level 14. The reward should be level 14 plate boots and although only paladins and armsman can actually wear them, mercenary and reaver should be able to get the quest too.
