Description

Step #1 Find Dwerrania in the Druid's Grove in Tir na Nog. Ask her if she has the [potion for Viraniel].

I locate NPC, target her and /whisper bracketted text and she does not respond.

Reproduction Steps

1. Locate Viraniel in Tir na Nog (loc 16500, 7000) and accept quest from her.
2. Check journal: step#1 send you to Druid's Grove
3. Dwerrania is located at 25000 27000 in TnN
target Dwerrania and /whisper potion for viraniel

Intended Behavior

Dwerrania should open a dialog with you and quest journal will advance to step #2.
