The Tanned Scabbard item created using leatherworking (skill level 125) weighs 4lbs per unit, rooting you in place after you create a stack or two. They should be weightless.
1. Train leatherworking up to 125.
2. Craft a Tanned Scabbard.
3. Check its weight value.
Tanned Scabbards should be weightless. Lower its weight value to 0.
