It is a known fact that /b works--err, WORKED--for broadcasting on ALL DoL servers and on live (unless they changed it), but something happened to the command after Uthgard v1 shut down and now it simply no longer works.
1. type /b <words>
2. get error message
3. can't use /b
I don't think I need to explain... /50 char min lim
