1779: Minor - wrong DPS value - Mentalist Staff of Channeling

Description

The Hibernia item "Mentalist Staff of Channeling" has the wrong DPS value. The reason for that is most likely a typo on ZAM, where it shows 4.2dps. It IS 4.1dps tho,same as the Eld- and Chanter-versions.

Reproduction Steps

1. Check DPS on Mentalist Staff of Channeling
2. Click Link to Screenshot and/or compare values with Enchanter- and Eld-version of the staff
3. PROFIT!

Intended Behavior

Adjust DPS value of the item "Mentalist Staff of Channeling" to 4.1 DPS.
