with the "strict adherence " to patch level 1.65 It doesn't matter if it was a "bonus" it was a feature added for the patch level and should be implemented. Once again a situation where things are pick and choose...

This bonus was added to get more traffic/players between all the Servers.
Uthgard do not need that.

Hard choice, I will stick with invalid, even though Heretoc is right.
reson for this is that free level 20 on Uthgard is senseless imho.
