After killing all slavers and slaves (even horses) no Lisreen can be found
Done this 3 or 4 times, no result.
1. "Clean out" the slaver camp
2. Stand by the crates With Ebony Fellwood Hart available

The Lisreen should occure in repository when the Ebony Fellwood Hart is present.

Once you get the heart, you need to clear out the slaver camp in the
Salisbury Plains. I had a high level guild member help me clear out the
camp. Once the camp is clear walk up right next to the 2 crates in the
camp, and if you have the ebony Fellwood heart, you should be given the
Dagger Lisreen
