as the title says, a solution where the users can look into every single change made by the staff and maybe even a proof to why this change has been made. in order to try out things and maybe have them changed is basically impossible when the staff makes changes without proof and or announcement.

2. or explain why there is not
3. a need or a logical reason for such a feature to be added
