When killing Shadowgnash (cursed forest) it drops 2 belts that shouldn´t exist.
Only valid drop that existed in 1.65 is the one-time-drop cloak with d/q charge...
1. Go to cursed forest
2. kill shadowgnash
3. check beltdrops
4. compare with archived sources
Remove:
Shadowgnash's Belt of Empathy
Shadowgnash's Belt of Fortitude

No belts listed in 2004. That mob was well known + killed by and highlvl hib because of the OTD-claok with 75 value d/q.
