the changes made the last day in the zone Dartmoor to Named spawn are incorrect, the Named`s are only on one spot and do not have multiple spawn spots.
1. look at the links i provided especially look at the loc on the bootom of the picture
2. teleport to dartmoor and find those Named mobs and especially check if they have multiple spawn locations
3. compare actual locs to the links below
i cannot provide locs to every Named but a t least a few, i hope this is enough to prove those changes made are not livelike.
restore the settings before the change and then place Named mobs on single locations.
