While speaking with Diedra <Dye Merchant> in TNN, the cloak / hooded cloak items are greyed out, and give a warning message that the player cannot equip the item when attempting to buy. However when the cloak is bought it can indeed be equipped by the player
1. Open buy menu for Diedra <Dye Merchant> in Tir Na Nog
2. Click on the greyed out cloak
3. Click buy
The item should be flagged as equippable by the player
Cloaks / Hooded cloaks should be equippable by players.
