After dying from a RvR fight in Darkness Fall and /release-ing, my character suffered a constitution loss penalty.
My character was NOT hit by any PvE monsters and was only damaged by other players during the fight.
RvR death should not result in constitution loss penalty upon release.
1. Fight with players of other realms.
2. Die from RvR.
3. Release.
4. See if there is a message of con loss upon release.
5. Repeat until the bugged behavior happens.

Fight is shown in the combat log.
Notice at the end it says "You have died fighting for your realm and lose no experience!" but after that it says "You have lost some constitution, go to a healer to have it restored."
As the combat log shows, my character was only hit by other realm players.
