1883: Armsman Epic Legend of Lake can't be finishd lvl (15 step)

Description

I did the quest steps for it and in my jornal stays ;#return to Lady of the lake . but Lady Nimue dont talk to me

Reproduction Steps

1. Do the Quest
2. do it to step 3
3. return to Lady Nimue

Intended Behavior

Fix the Npc or research if you need an item whant dont drop
