Enchanter lvl 20, i finished Merles Informant and Criostoin's Promise
still on step #9, seek the moonquest, Return to Maeve, i wear fagan*s signet but she dont talk to me
i know next step should be i get a collar and have to talk to the dogs near the old tower but....
1. Do the quest Seek the Moonstone till step #9
2. Try to talk with Maeve the Crone
3.
make her talk and give out next instructions to people.
