1927: [Albion] Gloves of Lethean can't be salvaged nor sold

Description

having a legendary tailor with all secondaries at more than 1000, i could not salvage this item
Checking the sell price to NPC it says : "isn't interested"

Reproduction Steps

1. Drop Gloves of Lethean
2. Try to sell it to NPC
3. Have a legendary salvager
4. Try salvaging

Intended Behavior

All loots armor/weap should be salvageable even if not resellable (even OTDs and quest drops => might be an uthgard feature : to clarify) especially if not a specific but generic drop
