The issue tracker does not display the bottom of the page in either the list column or the comments column making it difficult to read and submit. The problem exists in both Firefox and Chrome for certain resolutions.

1. View the issue tracker in Firefox or Chrome at 1366x768
The issue can be temporarily fixed by removing the CSS property "padding: 1.5em 1.5em" for the "idefix-content content" class or by decreasing the page's zoom percent.
