The Muire exit right next to the room of Quillan Muire exists but is implemented in a wrong direction. You need to move through the whole floor and turn back to exit. So while exiting you face the way back to the room and not the wall as it should be.
1. Enter Muire Tomb and proceed to the room with Quillan Muire
2. Try to use the exit in the floor to the right by running towards the wall
3. You can´t exit. Turn back and move back towards the room. Then you suddenly exit.
Move the exit to the "wall direction" so that you don´t have to run to the end of the floor to turn around and move back to find the exit.
