Description

Legion starts casting at some time for 1000+ dmg... with 1.5 sec casting speed maybe less

Reproduction Steps

1. Remove Legion casting DD since it isn't supposed to happen

Intended Behavior

Remove DD from Legion since it isn't supposed to happen
