1957: Charge text spaming in combat log

Description

Charge text "You stop charging toards your target!" get spammed each time you change target something : 2 times when targeting something, 1 time when targeting nothing

Reproduction Steps

1. Target a mob
2. Use Charge ability
3. After mob's death, target anything

Intended Behavior

This message should be in combat log when you change target or after 10 seconds, when charge actually ends.

Evidence

You shouldn't get spammed by an ability you used 10 minutes ago :p
