The level 19 "Barrier of Negation" Self Bubble for Casters in Hibernia reads in the description that it costs 8% power. When i cast it (at level 30) with 100% power, my power drops to 90%, so the spell used 10%. It does not matter if i wear no staff at all or the 30 ALL Focus staff from the i30 merchant.
1. Get on a hib caster
2. cast self bubble
3. see power drop 10%
Bubble should be 8% power use, not 10%.
Not sure if that is a fixed value or if Focus should influence it.
I think this is obvious.
The spell should cost what it states, so either the description should be changed to 10% or the power usage to 8%.
