I did a full ability respec this morning on my ranger and dropped my bow skill out of my spec completely so I only had 11 points from autotrain. I opened up my abilities tab and it still showed me having Crit Shot IX though which requires 27 in bow to get (I had 35 before respec.) It seems to just be a display bug though as my draw time on crit shot increased from 4.5 seconds to 6.5 seconds.
1. make ranger
2. put 27 in bow then respec bow down but keep at least 3 in bow
3. check abilities tab to see if you still have crit shot IX
Just need to fix the icon on abilities tab to reflect the actual level of crit shot you currently have
It should be self-evident that if you don't have 27 in bow, it shouldn't show you having crit shot IX
