2019: Hib gem "Elemental Heatstone" wrong stats for 1.65

Description

The gem has wrong stats atm:

Heat Resist: 6%
Hits: 36 pts
Matter Resist: 6%

Reproduction Steps

1. Go to housing
2. buy a heatstone
3. check stats

Intended Behavior

Fix stats to:

Heat Resist: 6%
Hits: 21 pts <---- !
Matter Resist: 6%
