0202: Weird log message shown when an Intercept'd player logs out

Description

A strange log message is shown in the combat log when a player logs out which is affected by Intercept from another player.

Reproduction Steps

1. Be a class with Intercept.
2. Intercept somebody in your group.
3. That player logs out from the game.
4. "Effects.InterceptEffect.YouNoAttemtInterceptY" is shown in the combat log.

Intended Behavior

The log message shouldn't be shown in the combat log, and it's also misspelled. And 'attempt' is misspelled.
