Reproduction Steps

1. Locate Famine mob: 58000 20000 in Connaught
2. Kill mob (from lvl 30)
3. Check for messages relating to drop or check inventory. All grouped members should receive item!

Drop seems to be from 1.59 as per the above link. Also mentions minimum lvl 30 requirement to receive credit.
