The Reaver epic quest lvl 40 - Hidden Insurrection - bug at the end at step #8 where I have to choose a reward.
I can't choose my reward, Captain Rhodri rrtells me to contact the master of this world to rescue him :)
1. Reaver epic quest 40, step #8 speak to Captain Rhodri
2. Choose the reward Flail of Fallen Grace
3. You can read the error message from Captain Rhodri
Captain Rhodri should give the weapon and finish the quest.
NPC is clearly buggy at the moment for this specific quest.
