The Arawnite assassin who should spawn in Snowdonia fortress when you are on step#10 of rebellion accepted does not spawn. I have run around the fortress many times, and waited on both ramps going up (which it has been reported should cause him to spawn) for well over 30 minutes and he never shows up.
1. Obtain the level 30 part of the shadows epic (rebellion accepted)
2. Get to step 10 by handing in report to scribe veral in camelot
3. Go to snowdonia border keep to find the assassin
4. Run around for a long time, and wait in specific places for assassin to spawn
5. Become frustrated and write bug report
The arawnite assassin should spawn, according to most sources when you use one of the entry ramps to the area containing Captain Rhodri. He apparently 'calls out his intentions' and then jumps out behinds you and attacks (with poison!)
The log reports to find assassin in snowdonia fortress, but he doesnt show
