The Level 32 Skona Ravine Werewolf Guard studded leather drop "Sleeves of True Purpose" cannot be equipped by Savages. Also the formatting of the Info Window seems odd as well, and unlike the Chest/Legs of the other two "True Purpose" drops in Skona.
1. Kill Werewolf Guards in Skona until "Sleeves of True Purpose" drop.
2. Look at info windo for item.
3. Try to equip on a Savage
It should be usable by Savages. Zam says so as well and lists no changes in the item.
