seeing i could hit 2 bolts as an ice wizz i first thought I had a spec line bug
occured to me that it was only the lvl 2 bolt base line spell i used on a previous group to pull
checked with all spells => no timer shared : you can chain bolt
1. make a bolt able class (wizzard on my case, avalo, 36, full cold spec)
2. try all bolts in order for baseline
3. timer is not shared
baseline bolt spells should share the same timer as spec line bolt spell should too and base and spec line insta debuffs
