Could not Color my Luminous Odyllic Pants seem to be missing skin , basicly i combine them with color but they are still neutral basic color still.
1. Create Luminous Odyllic Pants
2. Color them
3. Equip them
Set appropiate Skin model to the pants that should do it
no proof of evidence needed due to the fact this is a bug thats easally spotted
