Skin Model For Jewel Dusted Boots seem to be missing due to even though i colored them it didnt show
1. Create Jewel Dusted Boots
2. Color them
3. Equip them
Set Appropiate Skin model on it and that should do the trick
Simple bug that should be easy to fix and not need of an evidence
