The item "drakulv small shield" can't be salvaged.
Was able to salvage two ther items with the name "drakulv" in it. But not sure if there are more bugged items.
1. get the Drakulv small shield
2. try to salvage it with high skill crafter
3.
make the shield salvageable like the other drakulv items.
