The Bracer that drops off Pygmy Goblin Tanglers in Lyonesse has the same stats somehow. Maybe this Bracer is named wrong?

I dont ve the item, i just saw it in a template posted. So I dont know which version is implemented on Uth. I guess GMs can look it up in the database easily and compare stats.
