2115: Launcher Problem, Error: File not found

Description

When clicking on the Play! Button the launcher gives me this error message:

ERROR: File not found
The file uthgard://login/Hp2h42mXHjQ.IVaCVwAAAAA.628:UqablumjvQcV4ZGPesUdoT1_j9q1TVqsLJ7aDuXFsxk can not be found.

Reproduction Steps

1. Reinstalled the Uthgard Launcher
2. Reinstalled the DAoC Client
3. Reinstalled Microsoft Net Framework and Visual C
