Outside cam north are the lvl 5 / 30 / 50 test dolls that con grey / orange / purple to an i30 toon
1. make any toon
2. i30
3. go outside camelot north gate to check doll con
a character (player or non) should con yellow at your level

Btw, as you can see on the next screenshot, a lvl 30 with weapon at 30+3 still has variance damage on a lvl 30 doll :
