Sasha Fletcher the merchant inside Camelot, sells Siege merchandise.
However, she sells wrong items like : horse armors and features, flask of glacial essence, frosted gem of condensation (the last 2 are used to craft diminutive siege apparatuses that were only available at patch 1.70)
1. Check Sasha Fletcher merchant
2. some itmes shouldn't be sold at that patch level
3.
The incorrect items should be removed from the list according to patch level availability
