The reaver lvl 45 self proc buff "Debt of Arawn" has a wrong proc rate. It's listed as 10%, when the previous versions had 40%.
I'm not sure how much the proc rate should be on this last version, but the effective proc rate or the tooltip seems incorrect.
1. Reaver lvl 45, spec 45 in Soulrending
2. Check the spell "Debt of Arawn"
3. Listed as 10%, when previous versions were 40%
